Pros

Smart, personable, get it done employee attitude. Actually works as a team (not competitive with eachother, really wants everyone to succeed). Work/life balance. Great leaders/mentors who push to make you better.

Cons

Terrible pay until you threaten to leave, unable to retain great young people due to poor pay and little development in any specific area. Desperate to sell deals. No strategy (always trying to sell experts for the new hot thing without the experience). 1-2 people on a project, sometimes new hires with no experience are put in uncomfortable client situations (very risky)! Very old school thinking about being present in the office.

Pros

If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

Cons

Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
