That's unfortunate that you feel that way as we actually we encourage employees to challenge status quo. That's why we have been so successful (growing at double digits for our first 10 years). The jobs here at RSW/US are no walk in the park and they are unique, so we can pretty quickly tell if someone is going to cut it or not. We are a pretty forgiving company. It's the way I was brought up - that Catholic forgiving thing - but at some point, you have to say "enough is enough"!
