Pros
1) Free flow MILO and Coffee, with sugar and cream available 2) Friendly colleagues that are willing to help although different teams 3) CBD Location with easy access of transport
Cons
1) Toxic culture and superiors 2) Everything is about cost and turnover 3) Bond of 1 year for newcomers which will be a long and torturing period because at the end of the day, you are merely a robot and learn nothing at all. 4) Partner is irresponsible and claims that license will not be revoked although (a) he does not review working papers (b) does not admit to his mistakes and justify errors found as long as its minor error 5) Partner likes to make fun of female colleagues with his disgusting behaviour (e.g: Asking a female colleague if she wants to go review working papers at France, cause he can teach her how to French Kiss, There is no place in the room, you can sit on my lap) 6) Example of audits are always with his examples of non-audit related stuffs which make no sense at all 7) Please do not be cheated by the title RT Asean, there are not networks at all besides the sole company is Singapore. This is merely just a marketing strategy. 8) The audit partner who claims that he has many years of experience in audit of listed companies in China is extremely toxic and sarcastic. He does not respect his team members at all and instead offends his team staffs with his poor attitude and sarcastic remarks. Despite there is no manager in his team, he never reviews the audit working papers for all the engagements, what he do all the time is only reviewing the financial statements and ask his staffs whether the work is done. He never appreciate the effort committed by his team members, he will only emphasize that he always stay late in office but he will never mention that he is always late to the office daily and always his lunch hours are up to 2 to 3 hours. 9) Empty promises are given by the firm (Given a promise of having chances to do overseas engagement and listed companies but it is all just sugar coating)
