Pros
I've been working at RTI for about two years now. I've always found the management here to be extremely fair and extremely open to feedback on everything from our current projects, new software directions we should explore, and even their management style. They've been very accommodating when it comes to some unpredictable events in my life requiring a flexible schedule and occasionally working remote, and they've never asked me to work unpaid overtime to meet a deadline or any such thing. Because of the size of the company, there has been a lot of opportunity for me to make a huge impact on the direction our team takes with our software development. Our company has projects in production on desktop, web, mobile, and even IoT, so I've been able to work on a projects for all those platforms, which I've really enjoyed.
Cons
I wouldn't see it as a con, but this company is right on the edge of growing from a small company into a big one. As such, they're still figuring out health care and retirement, but to compensate for that, they tend to pay slightly above-market hourly rates. If having those benefits included in compensation is a dealbreaker for you, this may not be the place for you.
