      Pros

      - Low stress as long as work is done. - Don't do huge development cycles, projects are quick to be finished. - Always new and different work to be done - New ideas are always encouraged - Employees are taken care of

      Cons

      - Even though there is endless new projects, if you can't find work to do on your own in slow times it may be tough. However, rarely slow times these days

      Pros

      Talented and friendly team, driven towards providing a great website/products/services. Family owned and operated business (great to work for). Central/downtown office location. Competitive Benefits/Compensation. Environment is loaded with opportunity for learning experiences.

      Cons

      From the two years of my employment I still have nothing to put down for this category. I am grateful to work here and am glad to have found such a great employer after relocating to the Okanagan.

      Pros

      Benefits Beautiful office Stand up desks Easy going atmosphere Half hour paid lunch There's lots of choice around the office for places to go get food

      Cons

      No version control Everything is targeted towards old browsers, so there is very little chance to use new technology No planning or design No documentation Not much room for advancement

      Though I am sure we have room for improvement, in the history of our company (15+ years), we have only had 1 programmer leave us (fired actually), and unless this review was left by a 'troll', I'm assuming it would the person writing these comments. The person in question was 'let go' due to consistent poor work ethic and the inability to meet clear deadlines. These issues were addressed multiple times over a reasonable period of time, i.e. much grace was given, yet the problems persisted.
