Pros

Although RWS Moravia will probably be a lot different than the good ol' Moravia, I would still recommend. It has the "startup" feel as the work environment could be quite often chaotic. Which basically translates to "fun" and "frustration" at the same time. Expect to learn lots of new things often unless you are in Shared Services / Support department. Good thing is that there is very little bureaucracy and you can still make interesting things happen. Very nice culture (that is slowly disappearing over time) and pretty nice work environment. Very interesting clients with challenging demands and lot of room to invent new processes, tools & solutions. Usually nice people around to work with. Above average compensation and pretty good benefits ;-) Work life balance is up to you (always), so rating is pretty irrelevant

Cons

Don't expect Dev team to help you much although they are trying to do the best. Very little "standardization" which makes core repeatable processes often very sloooooow, frustrating and not very transparent. As usual, top management is pretty disconnected from the rest of the company although they are trying to do their best - or at least this was my feeling about that.

Pros

Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

Cons

The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.

Pros

Decent paying side job, flexible hours

Cons

Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
