      Pros

      Company have good projects, if you are a fresher, and joining this company you will get good technical exposure. Team is good in fact the Seniors are cooperative too. Thus it was a nice experience working with them.

      Cons

      They have a variable pay kind of thing with the salary, which gets deducted every month, and then they combine and give after every 3 months.

      Decent paying side job, flexible hours

      Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
