      Pros

      You get to work on a lot of cool projects and given lots of responsibility and autonomy. You have lots of opportunities to learn and grow your experiences. It's an easy-going place. Work culture is friendly and welcoming, with no drama. People like to get to know you, but unlike other tech firms, it's not overbearing. The workplace supports and understands that we have lives and passions outside of work.

      Pros

      Rycor makes you feel like you are more than an employee. There is always innovation on its way,: from a new feature to a brand new project, excitement is the keyword on this company. !

      Cons

      Since we have clients in the U.S sometimes we have to work during canadian statutory holidays BUT Management always make sure that you get rewarded with an extra vacation day and a delicious lunch.
