* No process. * Poor communication and team coordination. * Worst work life balance, they expect us to work 24/7. * Bad Politics (based on the state regions) * Employee requirements (work related) will not be considered, but they want a result in time. * Higher management / Senior members with Egoistic attitude. * They only treat North-Indian people well.
