      Pros

      Malay colleague are very helpful, and provide a good emotional supports.

      Cons

      Manager and Partners ignores staff complaints and not professional. Simply cut your OT without any reason even you deliver your jobs. A lot of micromanage from the manager and also got favouritism issue.
