      Pros

      Racemi is an excellent company to work for. Great work-life balance, awesome exposure to cutting edge tech. Great leadership, lots of friends.

      Cons

      Sales team faces many challenges which can lead to some scary quarters, but everyone is highly motivated to succeed and they have ultimately survived as a "start-up" for many years.

      Family environment in an exciting space. Flexibility and autonomy empowers employees to be creative and think outside the box. Amazing culture, greatest tech in the whole wide world

      Pros

      Small company with a family feel where every employee is valued. Company leadership is strong and company direction is well communicated to employees - even as that direction evolves based on market demands. Across the board, the highest caliber of co-workers I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      There's not always time to do everything you would like to get done because of the agile environment; however, management does a great job of prioritizing what must be done.
