More than 1500 employees worked in this organization for the past 12years. Many have started their career in this company and settled in MNCs and Tier 1 companies. Good place to work and learn. All have enjoyed their work environment. Anyone can try in grow in this company. Still people are working more than 10years in the same company.
Cons
Management is flexible on employees performance. Employees working more than 1 or 2yrs without performance. When the are asked to leave the company. They post bad review in glass door, mouthshut and other social media which is affecting other employees career and characters. If anyone affected they should compliant with evidence and take legal action against whomever so. In spite of that simply free posting wil not help them to find a solution for themselves or others.
