Pros
If you don't care for interacting with the public and want to just do your job, collect a check and go home, working in the warehouse is perfect. You can listen to your mp3 and the day flys by. The regular employees are all nice, if you don't like the area you are in you can usually get moved to a new area to it that one will work for you. Flexible on time off if you are one of the first 3 to ask for the day off you usually get it. Several shifts to pick from. Rarely get sent home due to lack of work.
Cons
No on site HR. Benefits supposedly start day 1 but going on months and still have not seen anything. Telling supervisors does no good, telling the rotating HR guy that goes from location to location does no good, calling HR hotline took 3 calls to be told help desk had to reset info but guess what, you can only call HR hotline on the phone they provide at work, it does not dial any other number. Mandatory OT without notice, some people have plans as they expected to be off, they don't care. Pay is low but supposedly that is going to change. Favoritism. Most of management isn't to be trusted. Lack of microwaves and small area for breaks/lunch for the amount of employees.
