Pros
The Sales Manager, Robert, was a great leader! Helped us boost our sales and would reaffirm us Sales folk when the upper management would chastise us for overselling or underselling. Great team, learned a lot! Taco Tuesdays were great as well as the Friday BBQ's. Sales team was like a family.
Cons
Upper management was inconsistent... One VP would tell us one thing and then another VP would come in and get angry for doing what we were told. There was definitely nepotism in the company but sales was unaffected.
