you are going to deal with a highly unstable ceo who will gaslight you and micromanage you at every occassion. if you are good, it will not change anything and they'll try to break you down. they'll treat you like an employee but you get "no benefits" contractor position.

Radity is a solid place if you like ownership and working in an international, remote-first setup. The engineering mindset is strong and expectations are high, especially on client projects.

It’s fast-paced and priorities can change, so you need to be adaptable. Not ideal if you prefer very structured or slow environments, but great for proactive people who want impact.
