Located in Seaport Area which has a lot of food options and is a nice part of the city. Some employee benefits are actually pretty competitive.

If you are in the golden graces of the CEO or a few other members of senior management then you may write a review like "Haters gonna hate" or "Tons of growth potential!." However the reality of working for Radius Bank is not what those reviews indicate. I may even speculate that one or both of those reviews were only written to try fix the company rating on this site. The amount of disrespect, shaming, and secrets that flood this company is staggering. Most people in this Bank are not treated with any respect and this can sometimes be painful to watch. There are a lot of Job openings right now but only because of how many employees are leaving. If you choose to take one, best of luck to you, but you have been warned. I myself have stayed on for as long as I can.
