      Seriously none unless you enjoy being treated like disposable at all times women very held back by this company!!! Sorry this company has not one pro to share. Simple!!

      Company is such segregated duties they make it more than difficult to do your job defeating ones intelligence

      Pros

      Hybrid work. Great people, No drama. OT around month end is not crazy. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Recently acquired by Toyota Tsusho so some layoffs and turnover are inevitable. Feeling cautiously optimistic but the transition is still playing out.
