Innovative product concept with potential in the multifamily data space. A few genuinely caring coworkers who try to hold things together. Fast-paced environment for anyone who enjoys constant change.
Cons
Extremely high turnover: several employees in key roles (including managers) were let go within months, creating constant instability. Minimal training or onboarding resources; most learning is self-directed. Client Success is severely understaffed, yet expectations continue to grow. Leadership communication is inconsistent and often tone-deaf to workload realities. Little recognition or compensation adjustment for taking on extra responsibilities. Morale is low because people are spread too thin and fear sudden layoffs.
