Good company and people, but incredibly disorganized / mismanaged - Account Executive Radix (AZ) Employee Review

High growth company with potential to make a huge impact on the multifamily market.

it's extremely fast paced so things can pivot quickly. it's definitley startup mode with lots of flexibility required. new leadership has come into key roles and they've made some changes, most of them for the better. European team can create some time zone conflicts and make it difficult to align, but that comes with a global company.

Great and talented people in the team or other teams.

Disorganized everything from data to goals of various levels. Top-down changes the priorities all the time, and bottom level workers overworked from original tasks plus additional tasks randomly added. If the progress is really behind, some of them work weekends as well... Sometimes, work with multiple teams and have multiple managers to report and hear the directions (and not consistent). Higher level believes that AI can do everything even if they don't really know what is AI. 401k has no company's contribution.
