Upper management has degressed over the last 6 month since the former CEO retired from the company. Profit sharing bonuses have become a subject of popularity instead of the percentage distribution that it should be. Senior blue collar employees are treated with great disregard for their years of dedication to this employer. There is a very high turn-over rate in this company.
