Pros

The good reviews are probably created by themselves. This is a family run SME, staffs are forced to continue working for them as there is a huge sum to be paid back should they break their contract, I have spoken with malaysian colleagues who are unhappy there, but could not afford to pay the sum for breaking the contract.

Cons

You will be under CCTV surveillance at all times, if u just turn and chat with your colleague briefly, the lady boss will call up and ask you to go do work. They keep even the toilet paper under lock and key. They will find all excuses to cut your pay and make you work longer hours. I felt I have to share this to save others from this plight.

Pros

Been with company for 4yrs plus now, seen the good and the bad. I want to share a more balanced perspective cos some of the recent reviews leans heavily towards frustration without context. There are real challenges, of course, as if with any work. Workload can be high in certain periods, and some team are lean, which leads to people taking on broader responsibilities. That being said, describing the environment as having “no support,” “no structure,” or being entirely “toxic” does not reflect the full reality. From my experience, issues raised consistently and backed with data do get attention. It might not be immediate, but it is not ignored. HR function is to balance both employee and business needs. Expecting HR to act purely in the employee’s favor all the time is unrealistic. Existing process and SOPS are in place.Consistency of enforcement varies across team. It is incorrect to say they do not exist. This is not a passive environment, If employees do not surface issues clearly, management will assume operations are stable because targets are still being met. If nothing is raised, nothing gets addressed. Simple as that. To me this is a shared responsibility between the employees and managers. This is a place where results come from putting in effort and pushing for improvements. for those willing to work toward goals and stay engaged, there is room to shape outcomes and grow. As other has pointed out, salaries are always on time. You will have good exposure to real operation needs and decision making. Bunch of colleagues that are supporting each other. Opportunity to take ownership and grow if u stay consistent.

Cons

Workload distribution can vary at times. Employees need to be proactive as this is not a low effort environment

Pros

You’ll build an impressive tolerance for life’s beatdowns—both from inside the company and the outside world. Graduating from here, you’ll be forged into an Iron Man, resilient to almost anything.

Cons

Every hardship here is yours to endure alone—overload, daily scolding, zero SOPs or guidelines. Any complaint you make will be magnified, instantly reported to management, and you’ll be treated as the problem to be “solved.” HR is never your confidante; if you confide in them, your Head of Department will soon be at your throat. HR will never fix your issues, they always stand on employer view to secure their job. As for those glowing 5-star reviews? We have no proof of how they came to be, but one thing is certain: don’t believe them. I was one of the victims misled by a 5-star rating. Consider this my attempt to earn some karma—turn back before it’s too late. Who knows what happened that made me decide to become the next kind soul to leave a review — but here it is.
