      Working outside isn't for everyone but thise who do enjoy it will love this job it is hard but the company cares about its employees

      Cons

      The higher you go in management the less you feel the company cares about you you can work there for several years and the company will hire a stranger and give you no explanation

      Pros

      At this specific job site it’s awesome. Other job sites are not as good at retaining employees. This job site has amazing leadership and the work home life ratio is phenomenal. The pay is alright, could be better but you can’t find a work atmosphere any better than this

      Cons

      Pay isn’t as good. Other job sites don’t care about you if you travel.
