Pros

Great customer service, helping customers feel wonderful about buy new clothes , keeping customers on top of new trends, complimenting guest on different outfits, I honestly love how flexible my schedule is.

Cons

I disagree when customers have a problem with our store no longer having a fitting room , if we don't have their size in a specific item. Working extremely hard but not always making sells for more hours.

Pros

Discount, weekly pay. All I have to say.

Cons

Horrible experience. Not enough hours for the workload. Have to cut people and give them the disappointing news of then losing hours. Then after sending everyone home you are stuck in a store by yourself being the cashier, security, sales associate, recover person, and manger all at once . . oh and the long lines to the door with only myself on the register and people begging for help and complaining about the wait in line. DM was horrible. Area manager was sweet but unfortunately she had to follow the directions of the DM. Poor Pay. Overall -10/10 experience!
