      Feel highly valued by owners and managers! Great food and people to work with! Also a BEAUTIFUL place along the conejos river!

      Cons

      Hard manual labor, so expect that, but the benefits far outweigh this! Plenty of flexibility and opportunity to work in other areas!

      Pros

      Great people. Everyone is friendly and will make you feel like a part of the family. The staff is inclusive and enjoys hanging out together outside of work hours. Great tips as well.

      Cons

      You'll have to work hard. Laziness and tardiness are frowned upon, and the hours can be long. You'll also be expected to deal with guests without getting irritated- It can be difficult sometimes but most guests are great.
