Pros
Gym membership! Fun working environment with like-minded co workers (as in mostly positive, healthy-ish or at least active folks), strong company culture that team actually believes in, mgmt (for the most part) cares about their team on a personal and professional level, free childcare while working, coffee shop on site
Cons
Pay could always be better, sometimes hours can suck (early or late times, open on holidays), and if you're having a bad day, you really have to keep it to yourself
