Most awful company to work for - Team Manager Raisers Hub Employee Review

Where do I start. As a former employee of raisers hub, mostly know by (2evolve) I can’t stress to anyone looking for a job that this isn’t worth your last penny. The turn over of the job is unbelievable and the support you receive is the bare minimal. If you don’t reach your target for two days that’s you gone out the door, sacked! And they don’t even let you say goodbye to people in the office they escort you out and go collect you stuff from your desk. The owner Mel Jenkins is the nastiest ceo who cares nothing about her workers and only the money that goes in her pocket at the end of the week. The team leaders and management have no clue what they’re doing they make out asif the job is incredible but really all it is, is calling vulnerable old people making them give money. The place is horrid and vile and I recommend against going there.
