Pros
The pays okay and if you are full time from the start you can get health insurance after the first year. First few promotions are easy enough to get pre management.
Cons
Undertones of intolerance company wide and in my region explicit experience of my sexual and gender identity affecting my success in the company. Unless you are a straight cis white man do not even bother with the pre management program. Called a 'HIPO' (high potential crew member) this program is supposed to used to help prepare future managers. In my experience I was simply manipulated into doing more work than I was being paid for. Truly not a great experience overall. Never has a job cause me such physical financial and emotional stress. Would recommend avoiding this company if are not, as I previously stated, a cisgender heterosexual white man.
