Pros

Working at Raising Cane’s has played a big part in my growth, not just professionally, but personally too. The culture here is built on teamwork, energy, and respect, and that environment has helped me build confidence and leadership skills. One of the biggest things that’s helped me succeed is the support from my crew. It’s more than just coworkers, it’s like a family. We push each other to be better, cover for one another when life happens, and celebrate even the small wins. That kind of positive atmosphere makes a huge difference. I’ve also learned the value of consistency and high standards, the way Cane’s focuses on doing one thing really well (chicken!) has actually taught me a lot about discipline, taking pride in your work, and paying attention to the details. Most of all, I’ve grown by being real, owning my strengths, learning from my mistakes, and not being afraid to speak up or step up when it matters. That authenticity, and being surrounded by people who value it, has helped me become someone who shows up strong, not just at work, but in life.

Pros

Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

Cons

No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
