      Pros

      At RG I had the opportunity to work on big accounts very early in my career. This company had high expectations for my performance and that pushed me outside of my comfort zone to produce creative marketing strategy for sports, health & medical, food & beverage and technology clients.

      Cons

      PR can be tough if you do not have thick skin. Pitching to the news media can be discouraging at times but ultimately keeps you on your toes and makes you more efficient when pitching an idea.

      You dive right into the PR world and work in an extremely chill environment. Diverse clientele and the work is interesting!!

      Cons

      Sometimes workload can be a little stressful as any PR firm can be and since I️t is a small firm

      Pros

      I interned for Raker Goldstein and had an extremely positive learning experience, so much so, I returned for a full-time position after graduation. Everyone is super friendly and always looking to help you grow as a professional. The entire team is always there to lend a helping hand in making sure everything gets done quickly and efficiently. Employees are smart, creative, collaborative, eager, fun to work with, and passionate about their work. Ideas are considered from any level and everyone's perspectives are valuable.

      Cons

      When under deadline the office can get a bit hectic and stressful, which is totally normal for positions in this industry. Would be nice to have summer Fridays!
