      Because Rali is emerging in a category of driving change experiences it desires 1. A willingness to grow and develop 2. Establish mentoring relationships 3. Ability to handle more each year due to rapid growth of the company 4. Helping Rali's partners and customers grow as well.

      Cons

      This job requires more of each individual than just "performing". Relationships are as important as the work. Disruptive innovation is part of the job so seeing new ways to do things means constantly keeping on one's toes.
