      A couple of seemingly decent human beings in senior positions overshadowed by a CYA culture and overriding threat of dismissal.

      Cons

      Owner is out of control, zero respect for employees, turnover is constant, company culture and sense of "team" non-existent.

      Pros

      Great people and team collaboration! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming since I joined Ram. It's nice to work in an environment where everyone is respected and helpful to each other. The company also offers great benefits!
