      Pros

      At ramelex one can get good experience of turnkey projects of electrical transmission line category. For engineers it's one of the best place to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Salary will happen once in 2 months. They have this system where they don't pay salary in timely manner. Also salaries don't rise much even after experience. If you get high salary you may get one salary in 3 month. Company focuses on investing money into material rather than giving salaries to its people.

      Salary package is very less but if you are starting your career it will be a great opp to learn.

      Managment is not thats much supportive for Non Marathi peoples.
