      The reward of knowing you are changing the lives of SOME kids you get to interact with.

      Cons

      The job is risky and very physical at times. By that I mean you never know if you will get injured by the kind of work you have to do.

      Helpful coworkers made the job tolerable

      Poor management. There was a constant power struggle among upper management. There was zero direction regarding procedures nor any other employ with experience in credentialing yet micromanagement was ramped
