      None. Don't accept a job here. It is disorganized and the owners have zero clue how to manage workload. Severely understaffed and underpaid.

      Cons

      I'm a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal and they had 2 positions open. I was made the receptionist and the person they hired as a paralegal was clueless and needed my help a lot. I was training her so much that my job duties weren't being completed. I also had some of their football athletes hit on me and slip me phone numbers at the front desk. I did not enjoy this job at all.

      Pros

      Not expected to work overtime. Generally friendly staff.

      Cons

      Unsure if owner/office manager had a good cop/bad cop thing going or if the owner was oblivious to office manager’s behavior, which was toxic and manipulative. Poor pay, subpar training. Resisted most WFH. Did not feel they handled COVID outbreak within the office well.
