Pros
- Downtown location - Friendly co-workers - Hybrid Work Environment (But it becomes challenging if your team has members in India....good luck)
Cons
A classic case study of how a 20 year old tech company didn't make it big Nepotism is at its peak and is disgusting. No voice is heard or any concern addressed. You're in a tight spot if you aren't a relative or disagree with those who suck up to the owners Senior execs whose own teams aren't performing meddle in other departments and preach as experts without realizing they have no business getting involved in. They are rather endorsed and supported by the owners. Very toxic culture right from the top No respect for the employees. They embrace Hire and Fire policy with no feedback, performance enhancement, no process or policies. High turn-over. HR is still non-existent or is seriously powerless since everything is decided or vetoed by the owners Teams are over-worked and it is difficult to make recommendations because management (the family and their "yes men") doesn't want to hear it. The owners will call you way late after-hours and make you sound irresponsible because for them you need to be working 24/7 The employee engagement is super low, no one speaks up. Everyone is scared and leadership doesn't care Product doesn't work and sales are struggling. Many leadership folks are not even on social media!!OMG...red flag red flag!!
