Very friendly staff members and co workers. The environment is welcoming and the work is great. The pay is adequate.

Wish there were more hours available for employees.

Loved what I taught. The coworkers were kind and really cared about their students. Many felt "called" to the ministry. They cared more about teaching students than getting a public school salary. The teachers were amazing to work with.

Administration out of touch with what is happening with the parents. The feel the parents are always right and teachers wrong. I was told this on many occasions. Since the parents pay for the school we owe them above and beyond teaching. This was rough to hear. I did not last long in the environment.
