Pros
Good compensations structure. Good accounting support from corporate, Decent office space, People at the branch level were professionals. Was a great place to work for 10 years
Cons
Lousy culture, limited resources and training to hire the right people, upper management woudn't invest in the company. One size fits all management style. Name change went from one generic name to another.
