Randstad Engineering is a very small piece of a Randstad, a very large company. It has some components of a large corporate but feels like a fly by night shop. During the interview process and early in your tenure they will promise you the world but it will never come true. There are 5 or 6 sales guys who have been there 10+ years who do really well but everyone else make next to nothing.
