Excellent work-life balance. A company that respects individual contribution and out-side of the box thinking. Good base salary with a incentive plan to match.
Cons
The goals and budgets that are set aren't always attainable. The organization is not experiencing though growth at present to enable promotions and advancement. But that might change.
