Pros
The hiring processes was easy. Texas had a better pay rate. My manager would keep me updated about my performance. They were honest and sad when I was leaving the company and informed me that I had potential for a permanent position.
Cons
Understanding what days we had off was confusing. They would let everyone know the day before, and understanding how many days I had off was confusing. I tried emailing my manager to understand how many days I had off but I was never told.
