Being a part of this is extremely rewarding. The company sincerely cares about each and every employee in the building. Ranfac does business all over the world with the largest medical device manufacturers. The success they have with these companies is impressive for a company of its size.

There are virtually no cons to working at Ranfac. What you lose from what you get from working at a larger sized company, you gain from the opportunities that exist on a daily basis.

Ranfac is a great company to work for. Ranfac is family owned and offers many perks including tickets to sporting events, company cookouts, free snacks, monthly birthday cakes, and bagels on Fridays. Ranfac rewards employees with generous annual bonuses, and treats every employee like family. Offers above average health care package and a 401K with matched contributions, as well as company paid short and long term disability and life insurance.

Lots of changes, although they are necessary to accommodate growth and to thrive in an ever-changing industry. Fewer paid holidays than most companies which can make it difficult for families with small children. Vacation time is limited to 3 weeks per year. Most employers (in my experience) offer up to 6 weeks per year to long term employees.
