You can delivery a lot for the clients. The clients would see that you are good and productive. However, rangle does not see anything that you are doing. One thing that made me very sad was the temporary layoff. Instead of just laying off the employee, they are using the temporary one to hold the employee for at least 35 weeks. By doing it, they are not paying severance and vacations. Also, they are “forcing” the employee to quit when they are in a temporary layoff. No one is able to stay in this situation for 35 weeks without a income.
