Pros

I had the worse experience working in Rankuno. Absolutely no sense of professionalism...no boundaries, micro managing , the dont deliver and they make the employees suffer

Cons

If leave is requested they will deliberately make you feel worse about taking time off. Make you feel small for not knowing any topic Less pay considering the amount of hours they make you work. Overtime is normalized

Pros

Above average pay, not good, just above average. Appraisals were good initially, but now they've been very unsatisfactory. The company throws huge functions, like corporate retreats, three in a year. Work timing flexibility.

Cons

The interview panel is very good, so many folks get the impression that these guys are doing an out-of-the-world SEO, so people somehow settle on less than expected packages. On the floor, you will see everybody saying I have a lot of work, and they actually do. Resource is utilised for more than 9 hours for sure. Sometimes, the sales team sets unrealistic expectations, so now you have to work really, really hard. Older employees, people who have been there for 5-8+ years, are responsible for somewhat politics, and you don't want to go against them. Female managers are toxic.
