Pros
Great, incredibly talented coworkers with limitless potential. Reasonable salary (at least, at the entry level), and moderate-to-decent benefits. A hip and modern office environment with a creative, successful vibe - the sense that employees had the capacity to do some amazing things.
Cons
Terrible business practices that ultimately sunk the business, driven by the greed of management. Blatant drunkenness in the office wasn't only uncommon; at times, it was the norm. The business took the wind out of the sails of nearly every individual it employed leaving some of them feeling used for the short time they worked there. There were rumors, unsubstantiated because I had already been let go, of sexual harassment. A trail of poor decisions and straight-up immoral behavior destroyed the testimonies of several managers parading as legitimate businessmen, with a reputation felt throughot the region.u
