Pros
The company is genuinely open to listening to suggestions from employees at every level. The recent management changes feel very positive and are steering the company in the right direction after some years of stagnation. Strong values around ethics and sustainability — it feels meaningful to work for a company that is morally grounded. Very open, honest, and almost family-like environment across teams. Benefits go beyond the legal minimums, which shows care for employees. There is always someone to talk to when issues arise, and problems do get solved.
Cons
The main office in Ramat Gan is not fully suitable for the type of company we are. Salaries could be better aligned with inflation and market trends. Some key figures are external part-time when they should ideally be full-time in-house, which slows down certain procedures. Cooperation across divisions could be smoother and more organic. There used to be more activities, teambuildings, and happy hours, which were great for team bonding. Work-life balance could be improved.
