Work from home. Easy claim system to use. Management is very fair.

There is really no opportunity to move beyond the present position

Not any pros to working there.

Lots of favortism. One of the Executives has a relationship with an employee. Said employee gets special treatment while the remaining employees are treated poorly. When you bring this to the attention of a manger nothing is done about it.
