Pros

- The bad immensely outweighs the good. - Lovely teammates to work with on the day-to-day -Nothing else. - No one senior employee experience person that company. - Worst Company to work with. No work-life balance. - Friendly Colleagues.

Cons

- Bad management. Lots of politics based on Region, and lack of formal training. - It has really bad management. HR has no control of their own they act as per operations say.. No opportunity for career growth even you put all your efforts and prove yourself with significant achievements at work. - Requested to issue relieving letter. HR told relieving letter will be sent only after 2 months of leaving the company. After 2 months HR said that relieving letter can't be sent due to the new policy. Leaves are automatically deducted. They want to deduct their salary. So, they deduct leaves and cut down the salary. Already we are getting less. They don't provide laptops to employees. Their call is to bring your own laptop. - Very bad management with minimal hikes. - It's not good for career development. - No work-life balance. Just work and work. Very bad work culture. - Unfair treatment of good employees. - No value of talent. No career growth. - Low salary compared to industry standards. - Worst policies for the employee. - No value in developer and those employees who do real work. - If you see positive comments on this website won't be fooled, the CEO asked the employees to put positive comments as the review was extremely bad. - By the way, almost all of the positive reviews are fake and written by the management themselves. (e.g. Paid Own Publishing Company - CIO Insider India and online media company) - Leave policy is worst and we can't take leave on festivals too. - Just work 12 hours, they don't even give comp-off or money for weekend work.

Being a small company and with a newly formed HR team the policies are continuously evolving and are being re-framed constantly in such a way that it benefits the employees. Employees have always been our first priority. We always believe good talent comes with a cost and are always willing to go above and beyond. We also have employees working with us since inception and we prefer hiring candidates who match our culture and standards. We have a strong experienced leadership with platform/product experience and have been growing steadily in global marketplace and have also secured two rounds of funding. We have had customers that have been working with us for about 2 - 3 years now and that is testimony to the value we provide them. We are continuing to grow as a team and have grown 4 fold through the pandemic and there may have been some instances which inadvertently created the wrong impression. If you have any specific instances where our culture did not match your expectations, please reach out to the CEO or the HR team to have a candid conversation and rest assured your inputs will be treated anonymously. We endeavour to have a transparent ecosystem with regards to employees and candidates alike and thus, while employees are encouraged to write reviews on Glassdoor or other forums, they are never forced or told what to write. We believe in constantly engaging employees internally with one-to-one meetings and constructive feedback mechanisms to address any concerns that they may have. That employees were forced to write reviews is gross misrepresentation of the facts. Having said that, we truly acknowledge and believe that organizational growth is a continuous exercise and we are in this together.
