Looks good on a resume. They have free Wednesday lunches. There's lots of gossip keeps the days exciting. They offer an Xmas bonus at the end of the year but it'll be an arbitrary amount with no explanation.

Managers don't seem to want to see their team succeed. There's no opportunities for growth as a technician. I have heard some absolutely horrible things hiring managers have said about respective candidates and it's vile, not worth putting yourself through even the torture of thier interviews.

Free lunch on Wednesdays, great coworkers, and fairly relaxed/slow pace environment

Management has struggled with controlling conflict which has resulted in reduced moral. Work from home is frowned upon. Raises and bonuses are not well explained.
