Pros

-Good product that’s serving a niche SMB market. -Fantastic team that understands the value of culture -Growing company

Cons

-Teams are micromanaged and interdepartmental collaboration is virtually nonexistent. -Benefits are horrible - no vacation time for the first year. And 9 days after that. Healthcare is expensive for the coverage. -No work from home policy or options to telecommute. -Room for growth doesn’t exist for most people and pay is below average for industry averages. -Product is average...lots of bugs, implementation time is too long for a SaaS product and the UI looks like it’s from 1995.

Pros

Laidback stress-free work environment Flexible hours Software is released when it is done (Management doesn't scream and push deadlines here. If a project isn't complete, well coded, and well tested, the release date is pushed back. As a software developer, this is the most valuable Pro.) Office is located next to the Sandy Springs MARTA and Costco

Cons

Paid vacation time during the first year is less than usual. You receive 10 vacation days after 1 year of service (15 days after 6 yrs, 20 days after 15 yrs) and are allowed to borrow 5 vacation days after working for 6 months. You also receive 1 floating holiday(a vacation day) per year after working for 6 months. The other aspects of the time off system are normal: 4 days accrued sick leave, 8 paid holidays. I'm guessing they used to give the vacation days up front but after a former employee worked for a few weeks, used all their vacation days and then never came back to work, they changed to this system.
