Disorganized. No H.R., No Legal Team, No Finance team. Enmeshed family dynamic, most of the training team is contractors who have no experience outside of this organization in training, facilitation, or leadership with direct reports, contractors leaned into heavily for company decisions, no coaching for executives, no budgets for teams, intensive trainings built 10 years before ADA went into compliance. The curriculum is kept a secret and most clients pay thousands of dollars before knowing the details of sleeping arrangements or expectations of the courses. The insurance is covered around 20% for the employee. A family on the lowest tier plan will be paying around $1500/month for medical, dental, ad/d, life insurance. Pay for employees on average is 30% less than industry standard across the board.
